Lots of people start projects and launch V1 of their ideas.
Not many will keep going long enough to build something truly meaningful.
V10 is for the ones who will.
Applications for V10 Builder Residency are due on Saturday, March 1.
Dates: June 23 - July 18 (participants stay for the full time)
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Cost: Sliding scale, pay what you can. No equity exchange required.
Concept: The most productive month of your life. Without distraction, you focus 100% on building—in a beautiful place, surrounded by inspiring peers and mentors.
Who it's for: Any entrepreneur who wants a month to lock in on building.
Ideal age: Intentionally multigenerational. We select for people with high agency, intensity, ambition, kindness, and determination to build something that lasts.
Ideal stage: Intentionally multistage. We have multiple applicants already past $10M ARR and others who are pre-revenue. It is important to have enough traction to commit 100% to a single project/company.
What we provide: Lodging, meals, workspace, laundry, fitness, coaching, excursions, and mentorship.
Number of participants: We'll accept ~25 builders for this first cohort.
Mentors: We've confirmed some awesome mentors will join us in-person — the longtime President/COO of DoorDash, the CEO of Columbia Sportswear, the founder of Sun Bum, and some major angel investors. Other mentors in our network include founders or early execs of Nike, Stripe, Patagonia, and more.
Entrepreneurship is a lonely journey—not many people understand the experience. But at V10 everyone does.
In this group, you're not the weird one, and we aren't in "sales mode" with each other.
We attract an eclectic group of builders, researchers, and creators from a wide variety of ages, stages, and sectors. Some of us are venture-backed, some are bootstrapped. Some are first-time founders, some are serial entrepreneurs.
Our common values are intensity, curiosity, ambition, kindness, and a determination to build something that lasts.
When you're surrounded by people like this, you get the community you've been looking for and struggling to find everywhere else.
We believe if we take better care of entrepreneurs, we'll have a more beautiful world. Thanks for all you do.
